A shuttle bus will pick you up from the branded bus hop-on/ hop-off area and drop you off at the Avenues entrance from where you will reach the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza.Upon arrival at the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza, please follow the signs for “General Admission tickets” to the left side if you have not yet purchased your admission ticket. During peak visitation periods, guests may experience an extended queuing time for both ticket purchase and ride queue. Pre-book your tickets online to limit your queuing experience at the Ticketing Plaza.For pre-bookings including online ticket purchased, please head straight to the “Pre-Purchased Tickets” counter on the right-hand side of the plaza.If you are looking make your day a VIP experience – please head straight to the VIP Premier Experiences counter where you will be able to rent Waterpark Cabanas or book your exclusive reserved seating at Neptune’s Retreat as well as receive your admission tickets to Aquaventure Waterpark.
