Esta construção foi iniciada por Baby Pignatari, um mega empresário, neto do conde Francesco Matarazzo. A obra nunca ficou pronta. Seu projeto é do arquiteto Oscar Niemeyer e o jardim desenhado por Roberto Burle Marx. Em 2017, este local virará um hotel de 5 estrelas, o Palácio Tangará. Enquanto o hotel não é inaugurado, aproveitamos para dar uma sobrevoada.
