Ice Climbing on Quantum Falls - Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia. Quantum Falls. Water plunges 70 meters over Quantum Falls into a large, bowl shaped canyon. This waterfall is located north of Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, and is one of the many waterfalls that feed into the Murray River.
