Our facilities are unique in a 100 mile radius.The original building was owned by the Allenby Family in 1797. Throughout the years the hall has had several owners. The building was bombed and badly damaged in 1944 and rebuilt in 1946.In 1986 part of the Kenwick Estate was developed into a 72par 18 hole Championship Golf Course followed in 1992 the opening of 19 bedroomed hotel. The hotel is independently owned by a local family. The hotel and estate has contiuned to be developed, in 1994 a leisure complex was developed, Kenwick Health and Leisure Club and in 2000 a further ten bedrooms were added.During the development stages the original Georgian Hall has been sympathetically converted and extended to create a stunning location. Enjoying a beautiful setting in mature woodland, Kenwick Woods Lodges are situated in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds on the edge of the pretty market town of Louth, voted the UK's favourite market town in 2012 by BBC's Countryfile Magazine. We have a popular 18 hole golf course on site which our guests receive a discounted rate for a round.
