We are a lot more than a kitesurf hotel in Zanzibar, but you have to come to most unique hotel in Paje to experience the magic.Paje By Night is unlike any other hotel in Zanzibar. While we have white sand, palm trees and many traditional building techniques in the hotel, that is where it ends as you will find our unique personality in everything from the lamps, to light switches all the way to our very unique pool. THE RESTAURANT Paje by Night's Restaurant is open from 10am to 10pm. The à la carte menu offers a selection of dishes from the traditional Swahili cuisine, the Indian one and Italian specialities, which in Zanzibar can be expressed at best thanks to the fresh ingredients daily available. There are also plates of fresh tropical fruit, pizzas, chapatti, sandwiches, meat and fish burgers and snacks. On request it is possible to book on a half board basis before your arrival. We do not really recommend the full board, although on request it can also be booked. We just find that it restricts the opportunity to explore the island or to do any other day-long activity such as fishing, snorkelling, diving, kite surfing, walking, biking ... at least on holiday it is worth leaving the watch in a suitcase and feel free. Breakfast is served under the Mukuti Restaurant from 8 to 10 am. www.pajebynight.net Blue and white are the colors that describe this beautiful island, blue crystal waters and white sand beaches will make you daydream. Being already the end of the windy season, I could´t use my brand new AXIS board in the incredible flat blue lagoon in Paje Beach but I had some fun hydrofoil sessions.
