Appalachian State University Snow Covered Appalachian State Rivers Street, Boone, North Carolina, United States Our latest video comes in the wake of winter storm Octavia that brought snow and sleet to Boone on Monday, February 16th. The storm was the largest impact winter storm of the season but with it were some beautiful conditions to capture aerials.
