Αττικής| Παραλία Βαρνάβα. The Barnabas Community includes a beach that has been described as one of the cleanest beaches in Attica, attracting a large number of bathers in the summer. The beach is 12 km from the village of Barnabas, Attica and is connected to it by a difficult but paved road. The route presents many alternations with houses, pine forest, steep slopes and estates with olive trees. Arriving in the area of Varnava Beach, the visitor will meet the chapel of Agios Dimitrios. Continuing to the left we meet the beach Dorberi (Arvanite name). At the end of the beach, following the only road on the left, one reaches Pigi Dorberi (spring with plane trees and paved). The paved road in the right direction, from the chapel of Agios Dimitrios, leads to Limanaki or Agios Dimitrios, a small bay. Then there is the old chapel of Agios Panteleimon and immediately afterwards the beach of Skaloma. On the beach there are taverns, cafes, pubs, and canteens.
