The hotel construction was completed in 2008 and Casa Bahia Hotel opened its doors. In March 2015 the hotel found a new owner who envisioned a renewal and enhancement of this beautiful site. Since then significant improvements to the rooms and public areas have raised the rating to four stars. Casa Bahia features a full restaurant and bar with breakfast starting at 7:00 AM. Lunch and dinner is served daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Free parking is available for hotel and restaurant visitors.Casa Bahia is located in Nicaragua a few miles north of San Juan Del Sur just a 150 meters from the ocean’s edge at Marsella Beach. Our location on the hillside allows for awesome views of the pacific ocean and of the mountains to the east. Sunsets down on the beach are beautiful. There are 8 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a 3 bedroom 2 bath Cabana.We also have a large Conference Room equipped with a business center, free Wi-Fi, and overhead projection services.
