Cascada San Rafael Tallest Waterfall in Ecuador from Above (DJI Phantom 3 drone UAV quad) San Rafael, Ecuador/Beautiful San Rafael Waterfall (Cascada San Rafael) is the tallest waterfall in Ecuador at 430 feet (131 meters). This aerial photography was taken from above by a DJI Phantom 3 quadcopter (UAV drone). The falls are located in the Cayambe Coca Ecological Reserve on the Coca River but it's future is in jeopardy due to SinoHydro's Coca-Codo Sinclair Hydroelectric Project just upriver. The waterfall sits below active Reventador Volcano and nearby Cayambe.
