In the air conditioned comfort of our Lobby, decorated in a palette of earthy colours, modern lighting and textures, marble and chestnut wood, you can relax at the cozy lounge, watch your show at the satellite TV area, play cards, read a book from our library, enjoy your drink at the veranda overlooking our pool and the Ionian sea horizon, or by the Bar which has earned its reputation as a crowd pleaser throughout the years, due to its friendly and warm atmosphere. Our Reception is at your service 08.00- 24.00, ready to foresee and fulfill your requests in the best possible way, making your stay more pleasant. Remember to mention if it is your honeymoon you’re luckily spending at Castelli, or celebrating your birthday, and we’ll gladly offer you a complimentary bottle of wine with our best wishes; we may also assist you in organizing a romantic evening. Furthermore, we may certainly provide you with information about the Caretta Caretta and how to spot these lovely sea turtles without scaring them; mostly anything you would be interested in, like the cultural points of interest of the island, the most inviting walks you could enjoy, please ask us, it is our sincere pleasure to make your days fulfilling and assist you in getting acquainted with Zakynthos! Services available: Currency exchange & travelers’ cheques, major credit cards acceptance, wake up service, safety deposit boxes, late check-out rooms. We gladly assist you in organizing sightseeing, excursions and boat trips around the island, renting a car, motorbike or bicycle. Hotel door closes from 2.00 am to 6.00 am. while parking area is available for our guests within hotel premises. In the Lobby you will also find our internet station (at your service a personal computer with broadband Internet access, fax, photocopier, scanner) and free wireless internet. During your stay you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy our continental buffet breakfast in the morning, designed with a personal touch, and featuring our famous home made cake, created using our own produce of organic ingredients (pure extra virgin olive oil from our olive groves, oranges from our trees and organic eggs from our farm). Also, not to be missed is our weekly Barbecue by the pool, with local specialties and a cheerful mood! The beautiful pool of Castelli, exclusively used by our guests, surrounded by lush natural greenery and laid out marvelously, seeks to seduce you with its complimentary sun beds & umbrellas, relaxes you with the children’s pool and our Jacuzzi, and refreshes you with the delicious snack bar (serving tasteful dishes , “meze”, and drinks during the day) under the sounds of nice music, with the service of friendly staff.
