Manta Rays Jumping Out Of The Water - Drone P.O.V - Destin, Florida (DJI) Grayton Beach State Park, Main Park Road, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida,United States So I went down to the beach on 12/4/14 and saw a big fish jump out of the water, I started to watch the water a little closer. They started jumping out of the water all over the place. Thats when I realized they were not fish at all they were little Manta Rays! I ran up to my car and grabbed my drone and headed back to the beach. The water was kind of nasty and it was hard to tell if I was right over them or not.
