Meet Me There African Home Lodge

Meet Me There African Home Lodge Dzita, Wolta, Ghana/Meet Me There EcoLodge is a really special place. We stayed there multiple times because it is simply wonderful. Friendly staff, great food, and a beautiful lagoon to swim in. And if you need any further reason to visit, it is a nonprofit and all money goes into supporting the surrounding communities. This is the kind of tourism we can get behind!Meet Me There African Home Eco Lodge sits between the villages of Dzita and Dzita-Abledomi on the stunning coast of Ghana. We are closely involved with these two communities and during your stay we aim to introduce you to the way of life in rural Africa. We are a not-for-profit lodge which supports the work of our NGO 'Dream Big Ghana', a charity dedicated to improving sanitation and health care for local people. Your holiday with us will directly contribute to these activities. We offer a truly Ghanaian and eco friendly experience in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Our thatched ‘'Chief Suites'’, including our extra special honeymoon accommodation, have a breathtaking view of the surrounding unspoiled coastline. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and wake up to the traditional songs of local fisherman. We have a wide range of interesting trips and activities to help you learn about local culture and customs. Our close relationship with the local community allows our guests to see the real Ghana. All our activities listed are included in the prices given and once you arrive we will discuss and plan your itinerary. Trips/ adventures out into Ghana cost extra and are planned before your departure. Orientation When you arrive you will be given a local orientation by our extremely knowledgeable guide 'Uncle Raf'.
