The Alfond Inn BALLROOM Offering nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of flexible space, the Ballroom is the ideal location to host your wedding or celebratory event accommodating up to 230 guests for a plated dinner or 500 reception style. A neutral color-palette allows your vision to take center stage and a hi-tech sound system will allow you and your guests to dance the night away. The ballroom is also divisible into five spaces for smaller events. CONSERVATORY Overlooking the lush courtyard, the Conservatory is the jewel center of The Alfond Inn and an ideal location for ceremonies or cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. SMALLER GATHERINGS Our distinctive meeting space is just over 2,000 sq. ft. and can be transformed to accommodate your smaller social occasion or wedding. The space is divisible in half to allow for intimate gatherings of close friends and family. PRIVATE DINING Two private dining spaces at The Alfond Inn offer the ideal backdrop for a truly personal and intimate gathering. Located either in the restaurant or adjacent to the library, the private dining spaces accommodate from 12 to 36. The size and proximity to the restaurant allows for elopement parties, showers, anniversary and milestone events to have a tailored experience designed specifically for their tastes and preferences
