Fladdabister aerial video

Fladdabister aerial video Shetland, United Kingdom/Situated eight miles south of Lerwick, Fladdabister is a small settlement in Shetland's South Mainland. With stunning coastal scenery and some interesting ruins of croft houses built in a Dutch style and clustered closely together, the area is a hidden gem largely bypassed by locals and tourists alike. In this flight we take off towards Coall Head to the north east before heading south to the Bay of Fladdabister - a classic horseshoe bay with a beach at one end - and some great views towards Cunningsburgh and the island of Mousa. At Ocraquoy we head back north with views to Bressay and Lerwick in the distance. We then overfly the settlement itself, with the cluster of ruined croft houses at Eastlea, one which has been restored to a modern dwelling. Returning north we take in views of Fladdabister Loch, with the Sheens of Breitoe (224m) to the west.Shot with a GoPro Hero4 Black at 2.7K/30 with Zenmuse H3-3D gimbal on a Sky Hero Y6 hexacopter and rendered in 21:9 HD ultra widescreen. Music is "Rise" by Igor Khabarov, released under a Creative Commons license.
