The Trebister and Sandy Lochs, Lerwick, Shetland Islands, United Kingdom/A short flight taking in some stunning views of Lerwick from the Trebister and Sandy Lochs. The lochs are situated 250' above sea level to the south of the town. Trebister (the smaller loch) is popular with anglers, whilst the Sandy Loch is a dammed reservoir supplying most of Shetland's water. Shot on a rare bright and calm day in mid November, the low sun really sets off the colours of the town and surrounding hills.Filmed using an Inspire 1 quadcopter.
