Dune Run aerial video The Dune Run/Dead Vlei, Hardap, Namibia November 2015 we made our second trip to Namibia and brought along a drone to capture the spectacular sight of the Dunes of the Namib Desert. We wanted to capture ourselves doing the run down the face of the dune, so we setup the Inspire powered on and then RAN all the way up the dune to the top (no small task) - then captured a few clips and compiled it to show this fun experience of running through the sand down a 700+ foot tall dune. All video was flown on a DJI Inspire 1, recorded in 4K at 30fps. (yes the running portion is advanced to nearly 2x speed on our descent) More work coming soon... Ideas for a project or work?
