Golden Hour Surf From Above Del Mar San Diego, California, United States This was shot one evening during a beautiful sunset over Del Mar, San Diego, California. My original aim was to film the sun setting over the ocean with my DJI Phantom 2 drone / quadcopter, but the surfers quickly caught my attention and added to the beauty. This was my first time flying over the ocean and I was captivated by how the surfers, and how the waves and spray were picking up the liquid gold of the sun reflecting in the ocean. Filmed during two flights with the Phantom 2 with Zenmuse H3-3D and GoPro 3+ black edition with the Snake river prototyping BlurFix Air ND4/CP filter, all in wide mode, on protune & flat in 2.7k.
